What I do

Most of what I do is about creating environments that can inspire and nurture people and great ideas to solve problems that matter to us. How I do this varies widely and includes:

- building networks and learning spaces both physical and online
- designing workshops, learning programmes, reflective and creative activities
- supporting partnership activity including writing funding bids and evaluation reports
- managing creative, inspiring and fun events with brilliant speakers
- providing hospitality championing great independent food and and drink producers

With over 20 years experience I've built a fantastic team of associates, an extensive and diverse network of contacts and a client list including University of Nottingham, Social Enterprise East Midlands, Arts Council England, The Open University, Creative Greenhouse, Higher Education Academy and Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services.

I love drawing together and mixing up people and ideas from business, arts, education, science and technology and I chair the East Midlands Fellowship of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA). I'm always interested in hearing from any potential collaborators. My motivation is to have fun working with others to make a difference and perhaps change the world a little.

Signature strengths: leading innovation, listening, crossing boundaries, making connections, building relationships, developing teams, finding resources, making things happen.

Artwork, design and production

Almost all of the artwork, design and production is carried out by my good friends at Line and Form - who I cannot recommend highly enough for their creativity, patience and fortitude!
